Interestingly, it is hard to boil down the Art Spiegelman experience to just a few words. I guess I am still digesting it. There really was so much to it and I thoroughly enjoyed it!! Karla’s expertise and research brought depth and meaning to the exhibition of Spiegelman’s work and gave me a new appreciation for the level of craft that goes into the detail and sophistication found in his comics. Spiegelmann’s work is so thought-provoking; I am looking forward to reading Maus and In the Shadow of No Towers cover to cover.
